[WriteLog] 2Tone v14.07b with FSK & PTT now

David, G3YYD, has released 2Tone version 14.07b which now includes both FSK and PTT on the same COM port. I've tested it using a
legacy COM port under WriteLog and both FSK and PTT appear to work fine. (Set Rttyrite Port menu to None and select FSK and PTT COM
ports in 2Tone Setup). This means there are now 3 separate options in which to key FSK when using 2Tone in the main Rttyrite window:

Hardware-generated FSK
Software-generated FSK
2Tone FSK

I have not tried it using a USB-to-serial adapter but will when I get a chance after the contest. I'm going to use 2Tone FSK on one
of my two radios in today's NAQP RTTY to see how it works.
