[WriteLog] Rig keys up when WL Boots

Agreed.  This is normal.  

Just be sure you rig isn’t turned on and set for RTTY when you’re booting the computer!  (Yup…I’ve done it.)  Actually, my Rigblaster M8 has a switch that disables the PTT…but again, the switch occasionally finds itself in the wrong position!
