[WriteLog] Trying to Re-install Writelog

I had to refresh my PC windows8.1. One of the deleted APPS was writelog. 
When I tgry to re-install the program I get an error message that my 
serial number(code) is expired or invalid. I renewed Writelog in 
October, 2013 and was using version  11.18. What do I need to do?.. Help 
please.
