[WriteLog] RTTY %E Not Working

That would be it, I have seen the same thing. At least in SO2V with the K3,
Writelog does NOT remember the NO setting for the 2nd VFO. Every time you
start Writelog you need to check and make sure the COM/PTT setting. - jeff
