[WriteLog] Writelog.ini location

Thanks Don - I think that's what I will do.  It will be labor intensive 
however.   What I want to do is drop a WRITELOG.INI from my old computer 
into my new computer, and I'm not sure I can get to that protected 
path.  However, I may be able to open up "edit" and cut and paste it in.
