[WriteLog] Convert CTY to Writelog question

I also am having trouble with this download/update concept.

Using the info from Jim, AD1C, email for the latest CTY.DAT update I tried
to get WL ready for this weekend's CQWWDX CW Contest.

I am using WL Ver 22G.

I went to the REACTY32 program and clicked the DOWNLOAD WL_CTY.DAT button.
It didn't ask me where to find the WL_DAT file. I hope it found the latest
one.
When the download was complete I clicked on the CONVERT button.

Everything seemed to go OK.

I then went to the C: Program Data/WRITELOG folder and found the WL_CTY.DAT
file. It was dated today's date.
I opened the file using NOTEPAD and did CONTROL+F to search for VER20141127.
I expected it to be listed under Saudi Arabia HZ as per Jim's info. But it
was listed under Canada. Maybe I misunderstood what I was supposed to do to
confirm a good update.

When I started WL and typed in VER20141127 as a callsign it also showed the
country as Canada, not Saudi Arabia HZ.

Can someone tell me if I did something wrong.

I am assuming the WL_CTY.DAT file belongs in the C: Program Data/WRITELOG
folder and not the 
C: PROGRAM FILES (x86)/Writelog/Programs folder. Is this correct.

One more thing. If your ignore Jims instructions and just open WL, go to
FILE, select Web Update Data Files from the drop down menu what files are
you updating. I would assume the WL_CTY.DAT file is included? Maybe this no
longer works? Does anyone one know? Can you just use that function to update
the WL_CTY.DAT file?

I like WL but sometimes stuff like this gets over my head. My C: Program
Data folder was hidden. But I figured out how to make it visible but it is
shaded in comparison to the color of the other folders in the C: directory.
I guess Windows doesn't want you to mess with it.

I realize this is a lot of stuff to ask. I go thru this before every contest
but have never asked before. But now I see others seem to be having troubles
so maybe I'm not the only one who doesn't know what to do.

C:\WriteLog\Programs\Reacty32.exe) it downloads the latest cty file and
creates the new wl_cty.dat file at C:\ProgramData\WriteLog (a hidden
directory).

Is there any way to configure the Convert CTY program to put the converted
wl_cty.dat file where I want it to go (C:\WriteLog\Programs)?
