[WriteLog] Shortcut keys help

I am getting ready for the contest this weekend and found something a bit
strange.

In my Writelog.ini file, under [configuration] I have:

SendCallExchangeKey=3
QrzFunctionKey=4

This has been working for a long time.  But now I find that only the
defaults works;
that is:
SendCallExchangeKey=10
QrzFunctionKey=3

This is not a big deal but other things that I have put in my WL.ini file
still works.
Anyone has any ideas.  I use the Edit Writelog.ini shortcut.
