[WriteLog] "Edit WriteLog.ini" missing from WL Start Menu folder in Win10?

"Edit WriteLog.ini" appears to be missing from the WriteLog folder in the Windows 10 start menu. I'm pretty sure it was there in
Windows 8.1. Not sure if anything else is missing or not. Shown are:

Audio Review
Convert CTY
Edit sub-bands
Legacy Installer Helper
Release Notes
Setup VHF transverter offset
Sound board mixer control
WriteLog Manual
WriteLog V11

Luckily I already had a shortcut to it on my desktop before upgrading from 8.1 to 10. The path to writelog.ini is:

C:\Windows\notepad.exe "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Virtual Store\WriteLog\writelog.ini".
