[WriteLog] Windows 10

You stated that you updated from Win7 to 10.  The chipset in your USB 
serial adapters may not be compatible with Win10 (actually the issue 
started with Win8).  Make sure you do not have a small yellow triangle 
next the the com port listings in Device Manager.  I had to replace all 
of my USB adapters when I got Win8
