Anyone see this when networking multiple (4) computers?

Logging is OK, net Gab is OK but not the telnet local connection

Failed To Connect To Remote Node
WLOGPKT32

OS is  XP same  on all 4 computers
SW is WL Ver. 11.31A on all
Contest CQWWCW-15 on all
Same Ethernet board  on all

I Setup one computer as server and linked the other 3 but only one of the 3 
remaining computers is fine with local connection.
The remaining 2 computers give the failed to connect. 
They all have a different IP address and XP networking looks good to go.
The two that are giving me fits do hook up directly to a cluster
independently 
so telnet connection works. NO Local network. 

Any Idea's out there?
