[WriteLog] CTY-2514 Country Files Update

Anthony,

Did you look in C:\ProgramData\WriteLog?  Also try starting up a WL contest 
module that shows the Country field in the Entry window.  In the CALL field 
enter VERSION and hit the Space bar.  Does the correct country show up in 
the Country field?

I went to uppdate the CTY files on 11.31a but after I get a window that says 
the file has been downloaded and convert CTY files. none of the updates are 
there.  I had problems updating to 11.31 on my Win7 Pro 64 bit, and I have a 
feeling its something I have done wrong.
WL 11.31 runs fine.

My programs are installed in

Program FIles (x86)/Writelog

Log files are in: Documents/Writelog


Any suggestions appreciated.
