[WriteLog] Writelog won't start

Hi,

I recently installed Writelog 11.18 on a new computer; the install went
fine, no errors.  But I cannot get Writelog to start, as if it is erroring
out immediately but without any error messages.  This is on Windows 10, but
I have another copy of it running fine on my second Windows 10 computer.

Has anyone seen this before?  Any thoughts on how I can debug this to find
out what Writelog doesn't like about this computer?
