[WriteLog] Band Map Problems

Still no progress on getting the bandmap back. 

Using VE7CC cluster, set Packet to 127.0.0.1:7300, all spots show in Writelog Packet Terminal and in Packet Spots.
Nothing in Bandmap.  SH/DX and spots redraw in all windows but Bandmap.

Windows 7 Pro. 

Maybe I have WL installed wrong? (although it has worked for years on XP and Win7 32. )

It is installed in Program Files (x86)\Writelog\Programs\

Writelog.ini file is in:
WIndows (c:\Ussrs\Owner\AppData\Local\Virtua;Store)

Anyone?
