[WriteLog] CWT mini-test prefill file

Per a request from John AD8J, I have compiled an updated exchange prefill 
file for the weekly CWT Mini-tests.  This file was created from the Member 
Roster page of the CWops web site and was just updated yesterday, Feb. 26th. 
The file contains 1,146 calls and their associated names and member ID 
numbers.

This file is for use with V1.1 of the CWops Mini-test module and will not 
work correctly with the prior V1.0 module.  The V1.1 module is named "CWOps 
Mini-CWT by K0PC" in the Writelog Contest Selection window.  After loading 
this module you should have three fields in the Entry window - CALL, NAME 
and ID/SPC.  If you have fields of CALL, NAME and RCVD, you have loaded V1.0 
of the module.  You can download V1.1 of this module at
