[WriteLog] Delay Using Fkeys

Hi Steve,

There isn't any delay built into FKeys for most things. A couple of the
complex macros require a few milliseconds, but the vanilla stuff like
"Press F3" just insert the equivalent of the key press into the command
loop for Writelog. Hence, nothing you can adjust.

I can imagine that heavy use of the packet windows could cause some
congestion in the Writelog message loop, but I'd expect it to be the same
for a key press. Possibly a combination of that and competition of other
programs could add up. I'll be curious to see if others noticed an issue.

I use a pretty simple setup with no other connections and I don't notice
any delay.
