[WriteLog] Delay Using Fkeys

Hi Kostas

Writelog Version here is 11.23L
OS Windows 8.1 PRO,, 8 GB RAM,, Intel i5 Processor 3.4 Mhz
Running So2R on computer
Number of QSO's didn't mater, started contest and ended contest some 
results.
