[WriteLog] Issue logging VO1VR

[E Glenn Wolf Jr - N5RN]

My bad -  I got it 1/2 right - it was VO1VR in the subject and V01VR in 
the body of the message.

The call I was asking about was  VO1VR (victor oscar one victor romeo).
