That corollary, "If Bill has learned more competitive skills than Dick or
Sally" leads to ..you should compete with your learned SO2R  peers..   Then,
and only then, "Bill" can be proud of his accomplishment !

SO2R is learned competitive skill.  If Bill has learned more competitive
skills than Dick or Sally, then Bill wins.
