[WriteLog] RTTY Auto-CQ behavior changed between 11.17 and 11.26

We upgraded to Writelog 11.26E just before Field Day so it's been used in only a few contests so far. Before 11.26 we had 11.17 installed.

During NAQP RTTY this past weekend I frequently used Auto-CQ with the F1 message. While Auto-CQing I occasionally hit Shift-F1 which was a different CQ message for variety. One new behavior that I observed with 11.26 is that the F1 CQ continues in Auto-CQ mode after the Shift-F1 CQ without hitting F1. I don't recall this happening on CW in the All Asian contest when I also used 11.26.

Auto-CQing also restarted on its own after using Alt-K to send a message from the keyboard. This was more annoying as it most frequently happened when I used Alt-K to send "AGN AGN" to a weak caller. The caller would get covered up by the restart of the Auto-CQ and I'd have to hit ESC to stop it and ask for another repeat.

If I'd put the "AGN AGN" in a message then I assume that the Auto-CQ would also have started up on its own based on the Shift-F1 behavior. Restarting the Auto-CQ after an alternate CQ is fairly benign but restarting it after sending a message via keyboard or a stored message is a problem.

When I got set up for NAQP RTTY I first tried transmitting with Alt-K to verify that everything was working. One or two characters would be sent but then the carrier would drop. Sending any message with a function key caused Alt-K to begin to work correctly and not drop the carrier. During the contest Alt-K reverted to this behavior several times.
