[WriteLog] WriteLog 11.25 Now Available

Hi Clay,

There are two ways to do this:

1)you can press the button in Bandmap on its "Set Center
  Frequency" dialog

2) you can edit the INI file [bandmap] FrequencyIncreasesUp=1
