[WriteLog] WriteLog Digest, Vol 147, Issue 17

It sounds like too much is running in the background.  I'd run a virus scan
and if nothing is found, check the startup programs.  I think going to the
DOS prompt and running MSCONFIG is what I did to solve this in the past.
