[WriteLog] VOLTA RTTY Template Missing?

I went to create a new log for the VOLTA RTTY contest and could not find a
Template for it?
I found my an old one from 2011.  I am going to use it,  But was this
deleted?
What name is it under?  A.VOLTA or VOLTA?
