[WriteLog] Win 10, Writelog and USB/RS-232 Adapters. Finally a Solution!

Sorry, this sent before I was finished...
The problem was in the .ini file in the [RIGS] section. You can get to the
.ini file now in the bottom left of the opening screen under "All Apps",
"Writelog", "Edit .ini".
I read the help files and located the com port settings under [RIGS] and I
did not have the last comma at the end of my settings: COM1:=9600,n,8,1, (You
may have to try 2 stop bits at the end.)
It had worked in earlier versions of windows and one adapter I have works
without the comma, but putting in the comma got the CT-17, Writelog and the
Expert Amp all on the same page.
I'm not sure anyone else has this problem, but I wanted to put this out
just in case...
