[WriteLog] Windows10 and RTTY Mode With Flex 6300

I am using WL with my Flex 6300.  I am using the WLFLEXDriver1130b that
Wayne wrote for the Flex.  All was working fine until I upgraded to
Windows10.'

Everything still works after the upgrade but anytime I go to RTTY, WL puts
the Radio in DIGL which was correct until Flex added the RTTY Mode.

With Win8.1 The WLFlexDriver1130b worked just find.  that is, when I click
on a rtty spot it would set the Flex to RTTY.  Nothing changed except going
to Windows10?

I did re-install the FLEX software and I did re-install Writelog.
Version WL1130CMSIUPG and the WLFLEXDriver1130b.

I am trying to work the WAE RTTY contest but if I use the spots, I am
always click back to RTTY fro DIGL on the Flex menu.  Anybody else have
this problem??
