[WriteLog] Convert CTY ????

Ted,  

Do you mean the Convert CTY to WriteLog program choice is missing from the WriteLog V11 program group?  If so go to your WL installation in Program Files/WriteLog/Programs and run the Reacty32.exe program.  That is the convert CTY program.
