[WriteLog] WAE - CABRILLO

[GW4BLE]

Used WL 11.28J in last weekend's WAE and when submitting the log to the DARC web site it's
reporting an error in the Cabrillo file.    I've inspected the file and can see to error. 

Not sure if this is a DX, or European entry problem,  anyone from Europe had any such
issues please?


Error in line  #44: Format error in log lines, likely with your sent exchange.
But check also for missing or incorrect entries in other parts of the log lines:
