[WriteLog] Bandmaps, softrock lite 2, and K3

I am not going to try to answer this in detail on this forum. Instead, I
suggest you bring up the WriteLog help document (there are dozens of
ways to do that--try the HELP button on any of its dialogs), switch to
the help viewer's "Search" tab, type in "SDR" and you'll get the best
explanation I was able to come up with.
