[WriteLog] Registration code

Hello
WL is now ver 12. You can probably run upgrade with instruction how to 
do via
License is valid only 1 year.
The code is written in Writelog.ini if your run Win+R then type cmd, 
then enter Writelog.ini or
http://www.rttycontesting.com/tutorials/writelog/version-12/

But I guess support at writelog.com can give you license issue answer :)
