Using the CSS and learning a lot. A couple things have me stymied. If 
someone can help it will be appreciated very much.

A call keeps answering my CQ, but does not answer my exchange. This 
keeps happening and I don't know how to handle.

A callsign is shown in the SEQ of the QSO Entry. It has a blue 
background and a black print. It is one of the callsigns that keeps 
answering my CQ..I have never seen either one of these in a live RTTY 
contest. Help! What do I do?
