[WriteLog] Write Log band map changing mode on 6500

Hi Guys I asked this before, when I click on the band map and the spot has a call but no RTTY after it, it changes the mode from RTTY to CW!  The answer I got was “its always been that way” I never noticed this on the Flex 3000, or the ICOM 7700..
There has to be a way to disable this?
I find that a large number of spot are only the call.
