[WriteLog] Off/On Time

I had a major discrepancy between what was shown in the "on" time, in WriteLog, and what was computed by the log checkers, for DRCG. Does the "on" time continue if the the contest module is left active, even though I am not actually at the computer? It seems kindasorta unreasonable to close the contest module, for each time I "need to leave"?
