[WriteLog] 12.03G issues

1.     During ARRL DX Phone, while doing dueling CQs, the transmission would
intermittently stop and the audio would switch to the other radio. My hands
were not even on the keyboard sometimes when this happened. It happened on 2
CQs in a row and then would go hours without happening again. 

2.     The Rate Window would go to a single band by itself instead of
showing all bands. This would happen after changing from last 10/100 QSOs to
last 10/60 minutes. Also, frequently right clicking on this window wouldn't
bring up the options to switch between those two displays.
