[WriteLog] Jumping Band Map Display

The jumping bandmap seemed to be caused by using Virtual Serial Port Expander (VSPE) and splitting the COM port between TRX Mgr and WL @ 38,400 baud.
I reduced the baud rate to 9600 and it seems OK.

Nothing is simple….
