[WriteLog] MMTTYPlugin for Writelog problem

I have the MMTTY installed on my Windows laptop and it works fine.  I 
used it in the JARTS contest.  I do not know if what I am using is the 
plugin but it looks different than the standard MMTTY interface that I 
use for normal, non-contest RTTY comms.

I am using Writelog V12.10E
