[WriteLog] MMTTYPlugin for Writelog problem

The Legacy Installer was not needed when installing the SM6SRW plug-in
With WriteLog 11 on my Windows 10 laptop. I do not currently have
Writelog 12 installed or I would check it as well.

The only issue I see is the inability to write UserPara.ini (update
any saved profiles) which results in a nuisance pop-up when starting
the RTTY window.

Also the rig is a FLEX-6300 running AFSK with virtual audio and ptt cables I tried running the plug-in with the LegacyInstaller from different folders, i.e. MMTTY, Download, but Windows would not let move the Plugin to the Writelog directory (C:\Programs Files (x86)\Writelog\Programs\) to run.My desktop computer which is Windows 10 has the Plug-in stalled a working fine. I think that because I had the plugin installed in Windows 8.1, that when Windows did the upgrade to windows 10 that the plug-in stayed.
> Now all of this discussion is good, but I really don't need the plug-in on the Laytop. I am only Installing WL on the Laptop so that I can use it via WIFI upstairs on those cold winters night where I don't want to go down to the cold basement hamshack.
> One note, "It is possible to achieve what you desire using the new .ocx plugin. You have to simply select the option "speed limiting" this is by going to options... Setup... Misc (tab) under to port select third option and click on"usb-port. There are 4 options: speed limiting seems to be best but sometimes on certain computers "polling & speed limiting" seem to be better... Hope that makes sense.RegardsDean" Joe suggested it too I tried this a using the polling & speed limiting" options and it worked, not 100 percent but at least I can follow the characters by both sight and sound.
