[WriteLog] CSS and 'headphone split'

You may need to check out your actual windows audio defaults and confirm
you are using a stereo audio sample rate - 48000hz stereo for example.

Also just run your soundboard configuration programme and confirm that all
is well there also.

I do not think you will need a vac or likely a VBC unless you are deciding
this audio in mmtty or maybe trying to decode cw in a window.
