[WriteLog] Band Changes

I still cannot get the band changes timer to work properly.

It is set to the 10 min rule.  ( set up for Multi-Single )

I logged a mult on 17:07 Z and another mult at 17:10 z both on 20 meters.

The mult timer counted down from 17:07 to 0:00 then restarted again for

3 min to 17:20.  Then logged another mult at 17:22 and timer started 
over for

another 10 min.

Also the run station logged a station on 40 at 17:07 band change was 
marked ok.

Logged another on the Run at 17:20 on 40 and timer started over for 40 ??

Rechecked the ini file "BandChangesSetting=0".  There must be something 
else.

Using version 11.28J  Aug.2015

Help.
