[WriteLog] NAQP CW Module Dangerous Behavior

This got me curious so I checked my NAQP RTTY Cabrillo file from last month
and it shows two DC entries. So it was logged correctly then. Not sure what
the issue could be.

Thanks for pointing this out.  I would have lost all of my DC mults.  WL
shows that I logged DC, but the Cabrillo file did not.
