Are you upgrading from Ver 11 to Ver 12.01? Did you buy your Ver 11 during 2016?  If so, you were sent an email that contains the code. If not, you need to buy the Ver 12 full install.

To download a new version a registration code is required.

So, I don't believe a user can just download the latest version without a
registration code, and then during install the registration code will, if
still valid, automatically transfer to the new version.

If I am wrong about this, I'm sure someone will let me know.

When you upgrade the registration code is automatically transferred into the
new version until the code is one year old, at which time you have to pay
again.
Just go ahead and upgrade.

I inadvertently misplaced my registration code for my version 12 upgrade. Is
it stored somewhere in the program? Emails to WriteLog have gone unanswered.
I'd like to be able to update before NAQP starts. Any thoughts would be
appreciated.
