[WriteLog] Loading new May CTY-2015

I was able to able to use "Convert CT to WriteLog" to update the country
files on my XP machine running WL v11.

I have to uncheck "Protect my computer and data from unauthorized program
activity" in order for it to work successfully.

It also worked on my Win 10 machine running WL v12.

Has anyone had problems loading the new [WriteLog] CTY-2705 Country Files -
05 May 2017 ??

I cannot seem to get mine to take the May addition, I keep coming up with
last months April addition.

If you have no problem, any idea what might be wrong? I am using the CONVERT
CTY to Writelog method.
