[WriteLog] enter cancels transmit

I think I saw this for the first time during WAE RTTY last weekend.  I had a
number of times where WL stopped sending even though I didn't do anything
that should have caused it to stop.  And like you, it is all muscle memory
now so the key presses happen fast in succession.
