[WriteLog] Function Keys Search & Pounce best practise for CW

Hi folks!

What functions keys and macros do you use for efficient S & P? I have looked
on old posts (2005) but that was way back in versions. 

Run with ESM works fine but to avoid "exchange/QRZ" in S & P  - How to
efficiently get that going smoothly and with few key strokes? 

Look forward to best practice hints.:)
