[WriteLog] One cable RTTY FSK for WRITELOG

Thanks to Jon NN5T for his assistance getting this going.  I used it in the recent SCC contest.  There is one issue I would like to overcome.  PTT is instantaneous, but there is a delay of approximately 1/2 second before FSK keying starts.  I find this somewhat annoying.  Running stand alone MMTTY with one cable, there is no FSK delay.
