[WriteLog] Missing Icons?

These icons are toolbars and are accessible via the View menu in WriteLog,
the select Toolbars.

I have just noticed(pardon me) that the icons on the left side of the QSO
Entry screen are no longer there. Have they been illuminated for a while ?
and I never noticed they were gone for along while? Now running 12.23J.
