This is a good example for using the "Steps Recorder" built into
Windows. It may seem
obvious to you what is happening, but in order to submit a report that
unambiguously
indicates what is happening, you can use the Windows "search box", run
the "Steps
Recorder" and email the resulting ZIP file to support at writelog.com along
with an
explanation of what you wanted to happen, and what happened instead.
