[WriteLog] Scoring problem in WPX PHONE?

I guess that is another difference between WPX RTTY and WPX Phone / CW.  I
am not sure why RTTY rules are so different.

Almost, but there is one more scoring rule.

3. Contacts between stations in the same country are worth 1 point
regardless of band.
