What WriteLog actually uses for the .ini file is stored in the registry.

You will have to edit what is in the registry.

AA5AU has an excellent step-by-step tutorial with screen shots on how to
edit the .ini settings.

The section of the INI file you're looking for is [Cut-Numbers]

After searching archives, I still don't find a way to eliminate cut numbers,
using v12.27? I have 0=0, 1-1, etc., but each time, using %N, I still get T,
when I want zero?
