[WriteLog] Alternating CQs Broken

I had the same problem.  Wayne confirmed it is a bug starting with version
12.33.  Fix is coming.

You never realize how much you rely on a feature until it is gone!  Was a
long weekend of being fast with the up and down arrow keys.
