[WriteLog] Missing F key function

I re-read my earlier post and now realize that without the screenshot I was
trying to include it makes little sense.

I'm talking about Setup / Document Settings / CW/RTTY/SSB messages

That pop up window has F02 - F11 messages. But on the left side where there
is a label column of F02, F03 ...F11.  The F04 tag is missing. The entry
box is there but any text there doesn't get played.

F02:  cq cq kh6tu
F03:  cq test kh6tu kh6tu
         kh6tu
F05:  %C
F06:  5nn hi
F07:  qth?
F08:  kb
F09:  tu kh6tu
F10:  ?
F11:   cq cq cq ...

So, this isn't a stuck or broken keyboard.
