 Are you sure that DigiRite did not get installed?
It should have created a Program Group called DigiRite. Is there one? If not, then you are correct and DigiRite did not get installed.
If there is a program group called DigiRite, run WriteLog & right-click in the Entry Window and select "DigiRite view..." and see if DigiRite opens.

Downloaded DigiRiteInstall-1.0.33.msi and run.  Said 'required .NET
Framework 4.6.2', so downloaded NDP462-KB3151800-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe,
restarted the Windows 7, Windows 7 installed the update to .NET Framework,
run DitiRiteInstall-1.0.33.msi again.

Now showing Please wait while Windows configures DigiRite - Gathering
required information, about the progress bar 80%, the installation window
disappear and never install DigiRite.

Am I missing something ?  WriteLog is updated to 12.38 and running normally.
